कोट-चक्रम् — the fortress wheel

Four concentric rings — stambha, madhya, prākāra, bāhya — assigned from the janma-nakṣatra by fixed offset arithmetic. Transits are read against the fortress structure: which ring a graha occupies is a computable fact of the wheel.

Ring arithmetic only. The wheel classifies positions; it does not predict sieges, and nothing here is a remedy.

The wheel is offset arithmetic on the 28 nakṣatras (Abhijit included between Uttarāṣāḍha and Śravaṇa) — fully reproducible from the published kota-cakra construction.
